7.1 Google Maps
We integrate maps from the provider Google. The service provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Maps is embedded on our website using an “iframe”. The purpose of integrating Google Maps is to make map material and route information (directions) available on our website.
7.2 YouTube
We integrate YouTube plugins on this website to enable video display. YouTube is a service of YouTube LLC (“YouTube”), 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, and is provided by this company. YouTube LLC is a subsidiary of Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
YouTube is embedded on our website using an “iframe”. The purpose of integrating YouTube is to make various videos available on our website so that you can watch them directly on our website by clicking on them.
7.3 Google Ads

The purpose of data processing is remarketing. Data collected by or through the use of this service includes duration of visits, IP address, visited pages, content in which the user is interested, and website usage.

7.5 Google reCAPTCHA
We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
reCAPTCHA is used to check whether data entry on this website (e.g., in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program.
8. Applications and Application Process
If you apply to us, we process your personal data for the purpose of handling the application process. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent), where applicable.

If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we require your email address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you consent to receiving the newsletter.

For the conduct of online meetings, personal data may be processed, in particular name, email address, meeting metadata, and, where applicable, audio, video, and text input.
In special situations, Ubitec may record online meetings. You will be informed of this before the meeting begins or it will be displayed during the online meeting, and where necessary, your consent will be obtained. In the event of a recording, files of all video, audio, and presentation slides will be created, as well as, if necessary, a text file of the online meeting chat.
Personal data processed in connection with participation in online meetings will generally not be disclosed to third parties unless they are intended for disclosure.
The legal basis for conducting online meetings with our business partners in the context of contract fulfillment is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. If personal data is not processed for contract fulfillment with business partners or for the performance of an employment relationship, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR justifies the data processing. Where processing is based on consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR is the relevant legal basis.
